Rock & Roll Hall of Famer Furay pioneered country-rock, founding Poco, Buffalo Springfield and Souther-Hillman-Furay. As vocalist and guitarist, his hits range from “For What It’s Worth/Stop Children What’s That Sound” and “Kind Woman” to “Good Feelin’ To Know” and “Pickin’ Up The Pieces.” Central Oregon singer/songwriter John Batdorf (Silver, Batdorf & Rodney, Touched by an Angel) opens the evening with his distinctive and inspirational compositions.
