Bookkeeper

The Bookkeeper plays a crucial role in maintaining accurate and timely financial records for the Tower Theatre Foundation and is responsible for processing cash and credit card transactions, reconciling accounts, managing invoices and payments and overseeing the accuracy of accounts payable, accounts receivable and various expense accounts. The Bookkeeper ensures compliance with financial policies and contributes to the creation of budgets as needed.

Audio1 / Front Of House / Monitors

Responsible for programming and mixing rehearsals/shows, audio equipment maintenance, new equipment proposals, load in, load out, etc. Knowledge of other departments and ability to crossover will be given heavy consideration.

Hours & Benefits

Position is currently part-time, event based. In the busy season, this is 35-40 hrs./wk. minimum, generally with some OT.  

There is potential for this to become a full-time position for candidates possessing the right skills and positive interactions with the team. Full-time benefits at the Tower include PTO, holidays, medical, vision, and company-matched Simple IRA.

About The Tower Theatre

The nonprofit Tower Theatre Foundation owns and operates the 460 seat multi-use proscenium theatre in Bend, Oregon. We average 220 events per year, the busy season is typically September – May with some events over the summer. The Tower hosts a mix of concerts, theatre, film, dance, corporate events, etc.
